Trek the Best Mountain Views in Maryland with the Allegheny Passage in Cumberland!
We will depart from the Frostburg Depot and coast and peddle down the mountain. (Please arrive 20 minutes prior to departure time to check in and prepare for departure). We’ll glide through the woods and over bridges and alongside the Great Allegheny Passage for 7 1/2 miles to our terminus.
Once we reach Mountainview, hop off your rail bike, stretch those legs and take in the beauty of Mountain Maryland fireside and make some new friends. Well hang out by the fire until the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad Dinner Train passes by and then will stroll up the Great Allegheny Passage 800 yards to catch the shuttle back to Frostburg.
